Put down your account login, first and last name in the text of the letter and attach relevant documents.
1. An individual needs to send a government-issued ID with a photo showing your name and date of birth.
2. A legal entity needs to write a statement (in free form) on the official letterhead of the company. The application must include a link to the account you want to verify, the signature of a company representative and a seal. Scan this document and attach it to your verification request.
