As Protocol Networks grew, we saw that our clients’ needs and expectations from their technology were changing too. We could've kept growing, but we wanted to keep our original clientele base happy and chose instead to "right-size" our company with an inverted business model. This means that we have more senior employees than junior ones, and at least one leadership team member works on every project.
