My name is Daniel Mercer, and I work with Boultwood + Associates in the UAE, where I’m building my experience in construction and commercial consulting. The role of a Delay Expert interests me because project timelines can be affected by many different circumstances, and understanding those influences requires careful thought. I enjoy learning how delays are assessed, how different viewpoints are considered, and how a clear conclusion can be reached from complex project information.
